And then there are those days where he does something so completely sweet that I remember why I want to keep him...forever. He picks flowers every time he sees them just for me. He colors the perfect picture and says, "Mommy, I made this just for you." He always wraps presents for me from around the house and he tells me that he is gonna love me forever, always be my little boy. Some days, he tells me he is gonna live here forever too or that when he moves out, he says he will live right here in our neighborhood so he can see me every day. He asks me to lay down next to him and talk about everything under the moon at during bedtime songs and prayers. He has my heart.
I am a 14 year-old trapped in a 4 year-old's body. This is lame. I am way too awesome for preschool but I got nothing but love for ya.

Oh the absurdities
My sweet child says the darnedest things. Today he said to his sister, "Naava, you know I love you girl but you're crazy."
Later while play with a toy pot, he placed it on his head and said.. Hmm, pot-head.
A bit after that as he and Naava were playing with some things and sticking them on their heads, it apparently was not working because he said, "We have head problems."
I can't make this stuff up. Love the kid.
